A pretty quiet week. All that happened was we made a couple trips to the kids consignment store with baby gear. It made a big difference in terms of opening things up though. We’re entering a stretch where most of what’s going to go on has to do with selling a house and moving in general, and is not really migration specific, but hopefully it’ll still be interesting to hear about.
In the spirit of getting ready for the move I’ll note that my prediction last week about not seeing snow for a while was a little off. Instead of not seeing snow for back-to-back summers we got 51 cm of it! 
And since it was warm (around 0* C), it was heavy, east coast-style snow which was perfect for making a snow man.
